At Marcy, we stand by the quality of our fitness equipment and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return authorization request within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the unit if necessary and pack it securely in the original manufacturer's box with all manuals and hardware included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  After approval, print your prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the carton, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
